Reviews
First time at this restaurant, which is in the Green Valley area. I was quickly seated. Staff were all very pleasant. Ambiance had the old Mexico feel. I had a red chili plate was was excellent.
Had a really nice dinner last night! I love their salsa and they ask if you would like hot, mild or both! Both are great and not super "hot". Great customer service and for those of you who are soda snobs like me.....they have great fountain soda!
Went to El Rodeo for breakfast - it was good. Husband had chorizo and eggs, I had a pancake and 2 eggs, All good!!! Service was good - attentive but not too much. We've been before and will be back again.
Visiting family in Green Valley and they recommended this local favorite. It has been a few years since we have been here. Service: 4 Stars - We arrived during lunch rush so service was a bit slow but after we were seated, the server was attentive and accommodating on two requests due to dietary restrictions. Ambiance / Seating: 3.5 Stars The restaurant can accommodate about 60 people or so. Booths and tables, and a small cantina were areas to eat. Can get noisy during lunch or dinner rush so may need to avoid those times or you don't like a big crowd. Food: 3 - 4 Stars - We ordered the following: 1. Shrimp Ceviche - 3.5 Stars - chopped pre-cooked shrimp 2. Bean burrito ( a la carte) - 3 Stars - 3. Tamala and enchilada ( a la carte) - 3.75 Stars - both items had good seasoning and was flavorful 4. Shrimp Fajitas w rice and beans - 3.5 Stars - the shrimp wasn't seasoned enough for me but it was great and flavorful for the main person . Lots of veggies. It looked like the shrimp was pre-cooked and was added as an after thought to me. 5. Chimichanga - 3.75 Stars shredded beef w rice and beans - beef was flavorful and nice shredded. Rice was wonderful and beans were decent. 6. Chicken Fajita Salad - chicken was tendered and moist. Salad was large enough that the Wife actually ordered another chicken breast to add to the salad for dinner. - 4 Stars
